A Return to Writing?

A few years ago, some friends of mine and I were writing articles on a weekly basis for a publication called Servant’s Pen. Servant’s Pen eventually slowed down and finally stopped.

Then I had the opportunity to write a paper for the Free Lutheran Seminary Symposium last year which was a stretch for me but I enjoyed. I wrote about the Psalms and their role in the ethical formation of the church during worship. I learned a bunch and hopefully it wasn’t completely forgotten by those who heard me present my paper.

This next year, I am going to be writing a series of articles for the Lutheran Ambassador on the theology of the Lord’s Prayer. I’ve already written my first one and it got me thinking, I really miss writing. So, I’m going to start writing articles about theology. I’m not sure how often I will post them, I’m thinking once or twice a month — but time will tell.
